Default Weak-tight after downswing

I personally love this forum, its a great place for stories and to releave angst, but I have a question on variance that I need answered, which I feel is actually a meaningful question.

After a long downswing, i.e 200bb+, do any posters here start playing weak tight because of the lack of hands/horrific beats they have suffered. While we teach ourselves each hand is independent, after such downswings, Im sure many ppl start just to throw in the towel, and start playing weak tight. How long after your downswing ends do you begin to feeel normal again, and have the ability to confidently play your T/LAG game again? If this has only happened to me, then you guys are amazing, I give you credit. But I doubt its a me only phenomenon.

I think this tends to happen when one is underbankrolled for the limit they are playing. If you have a sufficient bankroll for your limit it makes it a little easier not to start plaing weak/tight after a bad run. I used to do this but that was when I was underbankrolled and was prone more to tilting. Also, I feel that playing uber tight isn't a horrible way to get through a bad run, as opposed to tilting chips away.
