Default bottom 2

I was in the SB with 9To and the flop came down 9 T J rainbow. I bet and got raised and then it got 3 bet. I called and on the turn a blank fell so I checked and a player in middle positon bet I was the only caller. River another blank I check/call he shows QJ and I win. Should I have been more agressive?

I would have bet out on the turn to see if your opponent had the straight draw. if he would have just called, you could have probably check-raised the river when it bricked.

cap the flop, lead the turn. if you're raised, call and (depending on your reads of your opponent) fold or call the river. (EDIT: unless you improve obviously, in which case you would bet or possibly try for a c/raise)
