Only draw you can put him on is a flush draw, and with you having the nut draw, and him checking behind on flop, it's unlikely IMO. It makes sense if you think he'd bet the Jack on the flop or raise turn with it, which I think he would. Nice call.

If you CR this flop and he calls what's your plan for a non-spade turn. I'd rather bet this flop, get raised and call and see a turn (possibly checkraising the turn) rather than face an ugly decision on a blank turn with one more card to come.
