AQo line, pondering PF call and river action

Villian in this hand was a really weird player. 3 bet PF out of the BB with T9o and proceeded to bet it hard the whole way. Knowing his preflop actions can be like that, is the reason that I CC preflop.

I think the flop is more or less standard if he had an over pair, I am fairly certain with his aggression, he would have let me know about it.

When we get to the turn, I am faced with deciding if he has a ten in his hand, and I couldnt really picture it unless he went over me with a three bet, in which case i was going to fold. I figured my hand had enough showdown value and went for the free showdown.

Does anyone bet the river?
