Default Party $50 NL, did I fold AA correctly?

Without a doubt, my biggest leak in NL is that I misplay AA, KK, and AK.

Did I make the right play this time?

My rationale for only calling the PF raise is that the Button has a PFR% of 15%. (My thinking is he would probably fold to a re-raise, and I'd rather take his continuation bet before closing up shop.)

UTG+2 is 28/5/1.6 (1.00 Aggression on the Turn)

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, .50 BB (10 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

UTG+2 ($37.56)
MP1 ($51.65)
MP2 ($32.50)
MP3 ($100.54)
CO ($47.40)
Button ($60.70)
Hero ($42.05)
BB ($52.55)
UTG ($26.75)
UTG+1 ($15.79)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. Hero posts a blind of $0.25.
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, UTG+2 calls $0.50, <font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $2</font>, Hero (poster) calls $1.75, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG+2 calls $1.50.

Flop: ($6.50) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
Hero checks, UTG+2 checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets $3</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $6</font>, UTG+2 calls $6, Button folds.

Turn: ($21.50) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $10</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+2 raises to $25</font>, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $56.50

And what effect does my being out of position have on how I should play this?

Thoughts? Hit me with everything, please. I am a willing student. Feel free to be abusive as long as you're also constructive.

It is likely a good fold, but check-minraising the flop is horrendous. I like to lead for full pot on draw-heavy boards like this (regardless of whether I have AA or AK). After UTG calls a raise and a reraise cold, you have to be suspicious that he has you beaten already.

The minraise on the flop is pretty pointless. And on the turn, you're getting 3.5:1 to call his raise...I definitely call, and might push expecting to see an overpair. However its hard to establish what he has because you allowed him to play preflop with a wide range of hands.

A reraise preflop would have solved alot of problems

misplayed every street

reraise preflop. if his open-raising range is that wide, then you should be reraising him more often than with just AA.

pot the flop

if you decide to check-raise, make it $12-15

bet at least 3/4 on the turn after the check-raise
