William Hill tournament winning payout

Hi, I'm Writing to ask if anyone has any information as to why it's been over half an hour and I haven't recieved the money that I won from a ten pound(money) tournament on the William Hill poker site (Cryptologic). I would also like to know how they let you know when they give out their bonus monies, because they are completely ignoring my questions and responding with their stupid generic e-mails saying the terms and conditions of the bonus, which I already know. Any help is much appreciated.

No one except for the powers that be at Willaim Hill is going to be able to explain why the money hasn't hit your account yet. For all I know it routinely takes a half hour or something.
