Did I get the most from this hand? No real relavent reads

No. Take some initiative. 3-bet yourself and then cap against yourself.

He probably meant check and let CO bet again?

edit: just realized he didn't cap turn, doubt he would bet without his flush out there

I like this advice best. This is an EASY "self 3-bet/cap yourself", and it's not close. Surely you see why.

And what's with only four-of-a-kind? When I read the title to this thread I figured it would be a post where you were talking to us about your daily straight flush.

If you are a winning player, it isn't because of hands like this. Post some real hands to expose real leaks.

To answer your question, how can you get more value when you bet/raised every time it was your turn?
