Off topic sorry, forum viewing question, need help

Sometimes when I click on the forums it will show that it loads, but the screen is blank and sometimes I have to hit refresh over and over until it finally pops up.

Does anyone know of a setting that I could change so that when I click on the MTT forum it just pops up?
