Default I don\'t feel like playing after a great week?! Is that normal?

I play exclusively SnGs and have played over 2000 of them.

I keep track of my results by week, ending on Sat.

Well, this past week was great.

Now a new week begins, but i dont feel like playing. Yet, if i had a bad week, i would sacrifice sleep and keep playing. (it's only been a month since my last good streak, and i felt the same way back then too. I got over it in a couple of days.)

I would think that Logic says the opposite.

ie: ride a good luck streak for as long as you can. And do something else, like visit strippers, during a bad luck streak (it'll be cheaper than playing).

Is this normal to not want to play after a great week? If so, how do you explain it?

If not, why am i thinking this way?

THX!

Default Re: I don\'t feel like playing after a great week?! Is that normal?

i have problems playing my rushes, and then playing too much when i'm running bad

i look at it like 'i just made $X, why not stop?' and then 'I just lost $Z, i need to get that back!'

holdover from my days as a DEGENerate gambler is guess
