Default KQo Situation

Sorry, no hand history. I'm new to this table.

Party Poker 3/6 10 Handed

Folded to me in MP with K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], I raise, only the SB calls. SB is unknown to me.

Flop: A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

SB bets...

This situation hasn't happened to me very often and I thought it was kind of annoying. It seems like folding the flop would be really weak. Yet who knows how much these people are paying attention anyway. Do you sacrifice a BB or two for image's sake, or is it not important? How important is having a read in this situation to you?

Does anyone continue to play this hand or do you just dump it and move on? There will be plenty of +EV situations later, so passing on this hand is not a big deal.

Tiny pot.

Raise or Fold

I lean toward folding here.

That pretty much sums it up. I fold, unless I know that SB is likely to semibluff a flush draw in this type of situation.

Even then, I fold.

Your getting a benificial image bump, if he has nothing then you can let him try and bluff you out next time when you have the nuts.

Even if he is betting his draw, give him credit for a hand and dump your none hand. Easy Fold.
