MTT Selection

I am mostly a cash and SNG player, but I have decided to add one 100-150 buy in MTT per week to my schedule. So which do you think is the best value. I have accounts on just about every site.
I am considering
Super thursday at party(my day off)
300k sunday at party
100k at bodog
I have been browsing pocketfives and bonuswhores. They dont have much in the way of value comparisons that I have found.

all the "super" events on party are good...large fields, plenty of bad play, big payday if you place well
