It's on Chinese Thursday. Like Chinese New year it is a few weeks after the real New Year.

You have to go back to the old russian calender and it is their next thursday...or next next thursday...one or the other

now as i learned it, it was the thursday before the previous thursday which followed the lunar eclipse in the year of the dragon. However, if this is a leap year, then it might be a friday-afternoonish???
I'd check back every 15 minutes or so, tomorrow is friday.
