Default was this flop play correct?

Should I have just called SB's flop 3-bet and let him lead the turn since he raised PF?

Party Poker 0.50/1 Hold'em (9 handed)

I don't think capping it was the right thing to do. Might have lead to SB not opening on the turn or river.
