Any ideas how to play this hand better?

Villain A seems like a semi maniac from a very limited time at the table. A previous hand saw him cap with K9o and then bet out turn and river when the 9 hit the turn after check calling a Q82 flop.

Villain B has seemed reasonable.

Villain B checks, villain A bets, I call, fold, villain B calls.

I would probably raise the flop in hopes of forcing out SB and the CC'er.

I think we have to raise the flop to try and clean up some outs (?and maybe buy a turn free card) with such a large pot but I still would fold the river UI against an unknown PF capper.
