Party Hand Histories - More than last 100 hands

Has anyone had an success getting more than "last 100 hands" in hand histories from Party via an email to customer support?

During play on Friday, I never received any emails from the multiple "last 100 hands" email requests I made during the 300+ hands I played.

I tried emailing support, but the first response was the canned reply about how to request your last 100 hands.

Just wondering if anyone's been able to push them to send more than their last 100?

Number one rule about Party Poker:

When it comes to questions or requests for customer support, just go ahead and bend over. They're too incompetent to help you even if they wanted to ... and they don't. No matter how outrageous the problem is they've created, just move on and forget about it. You'll wish you had.

I'm playing at MultiPoker but that's just a skin for Party and I'm sure they have the same support staff.

I managed to get more than 100 hands from them when this happened to me. Seems like they can only send 100 hands per e-mail but when I told them that I wanted all my hands between this and this time they sent all of them split up into 4 e-mails.

I have, but it can be difficult. They might tell you that they cannot do it, but if you prod them a little and are nice about it, they will do it.

I've done it on 3 occasions. The problem is that sometimes they send it in a format that is not compatible with pokertracker.

I just reminded them that I am a good customer and that in the 3 years I have played there I have rarely called customer support.

I'm going to continue to try to gently nag them into sending me the histories.
