Default was this bubble call boneheaded?

Crummy day in microlimits, so I figured I'd play a tournament for fun.

Weak table, villain is putting all her chips in on about every other hand that she plays since the table became five handed.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t100 (4 handed) converter

SB (t695)
Clumsy Hero (t1450)
UTG (t2455)

Preflop: Clumsy Hero is BB with 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].

SB calls [t645] , Clumsy Hero calls t595.

Turn: (t795) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)

River: (t795) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)

Final Pot: t795

Results in white below:
SB has Qc 7s (two pair, queens and fives).
Clumsy Hero has 5s Jd (flush, queen high).
Outcome: Clumsy Hero wins t795.

Not that boneheaded, since Villain pushes a lot. But when SB limps, I push preflop. Almost always.

Is this to encourage more straightforward play or just based on the presumption that they have nearly nothing?

Both, but mainly the first. When SB completes, I find they fold to my push at least 80+% of the time.
