Bad Card Streak or Bad Player?

Quick and to the point- for 3 months I feel and my percepetion is that I'm the opposite guy. Big pocket- flop goes the other way, crap pocket- flop makes my hand. Problem- when you get 7 2 and 9 4 etc. It kind of gets hard to keep calling raises etc. for hopes that the flop will make a hand of some kind. I have gotten so good at playing crappy cards- I played in an online tournament with 450 entrants and placed 56 with only four wins the whole time!!!! What the hell is going on, is this normal- how can a person literally get nothing but bad cards and when I get good ones- the flop goes the opposite way? (I don't think I'm crazy to estimate my positive hands at 2-3% and wins around 1%).....
