Default Ethics Question

I keep daily records of my wins and losses on UB, and yesterday when I went to record my small win in a cash game, I saw that I had an extra $25 in my account. I sent them an email and they replied that they didn't see anything unusual in my transactions and that I may have made a mistake in my record keeping. I know my records are right. So What should i do? I would really like to know how this could happen because if money can just appear, I am a little worried that it could disapear also.

You did the right thing emailing support, but I'm not sure what the "grace period" we are dealing with is here. I'd say if it's still there in a week or so, you could possibly email support for a detailed listing of your cash flow there. Hope things work out for you.

Could you have possibly deposited during a bonus period and worked off $25 worth of bonus?

That's the first thing I thought of. UB's bonuses dribble back into your account as you accrue points. There aren't any announcements like "Hey, we just gave you $10."

the first idea that I had was that it must be a bonus, but on the other hand UB would have told you so if it was.

I am quite confident that this is your mistake and not theirs - I am guessing you earned some bonus

I don't mean to be rude, but i am quite certain that i haven't made a mistake. I thought about maybe sending them another email and aking them to check my balance at the end of Friday and the comparing that to what i won at the tables on saturday and what my balance said i won. I find it to be a little scary that something like this can happen and no one seems to know where the money came from. Would anyone else become worried about how secure their money is?

empire has an "account activity" page you can check. id assume UB does too. check that out and see where this $25 came from.

if not, just ask support for a statement with your recent account activity.

I know UB had some major outages this weekend. Could you have perhaps entered into a SNG and "won" while the site was down?
