The best / easiest online poker sites?

I've been playing poker online for a few months. I'm now playing on Paradise Poker most of the time in $10NL games. I'm winning consistently (small amounts) here.

What do you consider to be the easiest online sites in terms of meeting more inexperienced players?

What about the best sites for ease of use / aesthetics?
Tried Party Poker because they advertised a lot in the UK and so figured that they might attract easier opponents, but couldn't stand the software.
