low set against major lag
villain was 70/30... did i push him too hard? i figured he'd call with a pair.. he'd been doing it all night long... after the hand he said he had J9 and it was a "tough laydown" comments?

Re: low set against major lag
this is fine.
plan B = lead out flop, just call his raise. Checkraise turn. (could get more money in pot against weaker holdings, but its riskier, as it gives whatever outs he may have a chance to hit cheaply) |

Re: low set against major lag
i don't like just calling this flop... a flushdraw was definately not out of the question for either of these players... i feel i lose way too many pots by just slowplaying cause i just tighten up after flush card comes... thoughts?
