Default AKs vs shortstack and another reraise

First hand at table. Note stack size of UTG. Is this standard?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ Hero (6 max, 6 handed) converter

MP ($2273)
CO ($222.62)
Button ($1200)
SB ($1278.5)
Hero ($1000)
UTG ($200.6)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $5.
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $40</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $225</font>, Hero....raises to $1000 (allin)?
