AK UI - a quick checkup

MP3 is a true TAG (one of the first I've seen at a .5/1 table at party), BB is one of the worst calling stations I've seen in a while. Just want a quick checkup on this hand. I raise the flop to see if I can get a free card on the turn and to protect my A and K outs. I check the turn to take the free card for my A, K, or flush, all of which I think will be good if they come. Lastly, I check behind on the river thinking only better hands will call.

Well done getting the TAG to fold JJ/TT. I might fire again on the turn to try and get the CS to fold, and take the free showdown if he doesn't. But, that's arguably spewing, as it's pretty tough to get a CS to fold.

What do you mean with this? Getting A6 or A7 to fold?

And bet the turn, You are probably ahead and he is going to pay off with A-high or any crappy hand or you have 15 outs to improve.

yes, I think if I face them with 2 cold I could get A7, A6, K7, and K6 to fold, based on how the table was playing.
