Best way to cash out?

I'm thinking about starting to play online poker. I've decided that I want to deposit at Party but I was wondering if I should use a third party bank like Net Teller to deposit and/or cash out. What are the best third party companies like Net Teller?

2. Look into rakeback before you sign up.

5. If you are not sure how to get an account at each skin (search this forum) AND you are not planning on playing a lot, you should maybe best sign up with Party. What's this IGM pay? Is there a fee to sign up? Do you have to deposit a bonus code to get the $100??!!

You have to register your (American) bank account at the cashier through deposit option "IGMPAY". If you deposit through IGMPAY $500 and use IGMPAY as a bounus code you get a $100 x5 bonus (first time only). The money is taken out of your bank account. You don't pay any fees. Also, you can cash out to your bank account again.

This works with Party, Empire, Multi, PokerNow and Intertops. Sometimes the bonus is not added automatically and you have to send an e-mail before you start playing. At some sites the bonus is 7x (Intertops, I think).
