Villain is something like 55/45/3 and has been winning just about every pot.

call and fold turn without T/Q. he may be a lag but i'm not committing to show this down.

Ugly. Umm I think you have a couple options
1. fold, smallish pot, 3 overs and we're lead into. 2. raise- maybe get a free card, we have some outs although we dont know how good they are 3. call and fold turn UI. Out of all of them I think folding is best but a raise might be OK if we think villian would lead w/ 88 and fold to a raise. if we're 3bet we have to call and fold the turn UI. We're getting 8:1 on the flop call and if villian doens't have a set, straight or K we have 6 outs...but I think that's pushing it. |

I chose option 1 because I'm in that I'm-running-so-bad-I-don't-see-how-I-can-ever-win place. Usually if I make a play purely because of how I am running, I recognize if it's a mistake right away. But here, I don't think I would have a plan even if I was running well. I don't think raising is good, because he will 3-bet often, and a 3-bet doesn't really define his hand any more than the donkbet did. I'm leaning toward calling now because he will most likely pay off if I hit.

7.5:1 with ~5 outs. The T might not be good, so it's worth maybe 1 out, plus gutshot. This doesn't seem that close to me. Just fold and move on.

just let him have it. you aren't getting the odds you need to chase.
if he's bluffing, that's great. every other time you 3bet him and get a flop like this you will bleed him dry. |
