Default Does playing with a \'kill\' button do anything for expectation?

All of the live games in my area play with a kill button. Basicly, (using 3-6 as an example) if you win 2 hands in a row 'the kill' is on: You post a $6 blind, and the game is now 6-12. If you win, the kill stays, if you lose, it's back to normal 3-6.

What I would like to know is if there should be any difference in your play when the kill is on, and specificly if the kill is on you?
