Default WSOP

I'm prepared to be flamed, but keep in mind this is not a formal offer, this is just a probing post to see if people would be interested in this. I've talked to some people who I respect about this idea, including someone from this message board and they all seem to think it's a pretty good idea.

I'm considering selling percentages of myself for the duration of the WSOP a la Greg Raymer. The price per 1% would be $900 and each individual would have 1% of my total earnings over the span of the 25 events I plan to play. If this is something you're interested in, please either post to the thread or PM me. People who are interested, please keep in mind that this is not a commitment. I am still exploring other opportunities for the WSOP, so this may not pan out, I'm just trying to figure out how many people would be interested. Thanks in advance.

Gavin,

One question I'm sure many will have (and I'm sure you'll get a ton of interest regardless), will be which events you are planning on entering? (i.e. how close to $90K are the total buy-ins of the events)?

Just out of curiosity - can you list the 25 events you plan to play in?

Event # Game Buyin

2 NLHE 1500
3 PLHE 1500
4 LHE 1500
5 O/8 1500
6 NLHE-6* 2500
9 NLHE 2000
10 LHE 2000
11 PLHE 2000
13 NLHE 5000
15 LHE-S** 1500
16 NLHE-S** 1500
17 LHE 2500
18 PLO 1500
20 PLHE 5000
21 O/8 2500
22 NLHE 1500
24 NLHE 2500
25 PLHE 2500
28 LHE 5000
29 NLHE 2000
31 NLHE-6* 5000
33 NLHE 3000
36 LHE 3000
42 NLHE 10000

*-6 max tourney
**-Shootout

The total dollar value of these 25 events is 68,500. I am trying to sell 30% of myself and that would be roughly 39.4% of the total buyins, so the overlay for me would be 9.4%

I am concerned that playing so many events you will be exhausted when you get to a final table (with our investment) and will be unable to perform your best.

I would be interested in investing in a smaller list if you were playing less.

This is obviously something everyone should be concerned about. However, I'm only 23 years old and am in relatively good shape, so mental fatigue will probably not be a problem. Of course, I'm not asking anybody to do something they're not comfortable with.
