Putting in a 3rd bet on the river with one pair without being able to call a 4th is just nuts. If you can't call a cap, don't 3bet the river.

Personally i've haven't played against Schneids in a long time, and didn't know who he was when I did, but based on his stuff here there's no way he's calling a 3bet with less than one pair. That river 3bet is horrible.

I agree that he pays of with some one pair hands. Almost certainly with AQ/KQ.

Because the way i percieve schneids, and the way i think he percieves me meant that i might be able to get a value raise from him somewhere with hands worse than a pair of queens. Could be wrong though, i don't really know what schneids thinks of me.

he will call a river bet with one pair, but theres no way he's calling a river 3-bet with just one pair, which is why the 3-bet is bad bad bad.

I REALLY dont think schneids folds a queen or KK to this 3 bet, but maybe my sample is too small. From my experience with him, he makes far more tough/thin value bets than questionable folds, which is why i think he calls with some hands here. We'll have to see what he says, but after i folded, he said he wouldnt fold QK or better to his cap.

I don't think he folds, you can get value out of a 3 bet, especially at a 2+2 table. [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
