I seem to remember someone, I think on here, that punched a wall so hard that he seriously injured his hand. Broken in many spots, pins, the works. It sounded pretty bad.

I punch the wall everyday but I make sure I'm close enough to it where I can't break my hand.

My wrist aches most of the time. I am starting to get a little nervous about it. I have been trying to use my left hand some and even get the laptop out for an hour a day.
