Default \"Official\" Live at the Bike thread (3/11)

Tonight's show is scheduled to be the $500 NL game, expect to have thousands of dollars on the table, and people running the river multiple times and all sorts of assorted fun things.

Shirley and Bart aren't scheduled to be commentating tonight since they're in the Omaha tournament, so we'll have two new people to critique about stuff.

Can someone explain why players agree to run the river multiple times? I know it's a newbie question, but I just don't see who it favors that much. Thanks.

No Denny, Bart, or Shirley. This could either be either good, or really, really bad. Like worse than Wednesday bad.

I've missed this week's shows. What's Denny up to?

He had a ham & cheese sandwich, that is the big Denny event for the week.

Maybe he will make things exciting this week and order T-Bone steak.

Denny was on last night, and may be around tonight. He's doing his regular job of being tournament director with the Winning O' the Green series of tournaments. With tonight being Omaha and an expecting # of entries in the mid 100's, I'm sure he'll be around. They're having two of their NL hosts, Jesse and Tricia commentating at least for the first hour.

Went to sleep before the end of last night's show so it's good to see Denny has a chance of being there.

The first week of shows were worse than Wednesday night from a commentary basis, trust me on that.

Running the River (or Doing Business) reduces variance.

Yay for having the good dealer at the table! No breaks for him...keep him there for the next four hours.
