Default DD Tournament Poker, how hard is \"hard\"?

This is my first posting so first of all "hi" to everyone.
I have a question whether DD Tournament Poker's "computer player skill" is anything for me to care about at all.
I consider myself an average player, probably a bit to tight and probably way to passive but i manage to beat the "hard" opposition almost all the time when i play seriously against the computer. I normally play "Poker Night 1" and usually do not use add-on but might occasionally use the re-buy if i'm running into something big while doing a stupid all-in early on trying to get a good chip-position.
I have played a bit on the internet as well, started out with 0.5/1$ limit games on paradisepoker and tried some 10+1$ SnG NL Hold 'em on partypoker but on the net i simply cant seem to get a break. I think this has to do with me being to passive as well as the players i'm up against being a little to loose. Making a bet pre-flop is the same as me calling it seems so i'm usually up against 4-5 drawing hands or 3-4 drawing hands + one premium hand which means the odds are not on my side.
Anyways, the question really is if i should consider the "hard" computer opposition to really be hard at all or is it too easy to beat? I mean, if the computer is hard to beat then im obviously not a too bad of a player and i really should be able to play on the net without loosing all my money, right?
As a side note i do not play B&M or homegames since we do not have any casinos nearby and i do not know any people who plays IRL.

If computers could be good at tournament poker, do you think that we wouldn't all have bots play instead of us?

Now there's a concept. I haven't read any of the site's rules lately - do they explicitly prohibit this?

Anyone want to get together to build a robot to enter into the WSOP?

Oh nevermind, Dan Harrington's been playing for years :-)
