Default AJs..Flops top pair

Party Poker 0.50/1 Hold'em (9 handed)
converter

Same table as AQo hand, table is loose and passive.

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
Hero raises, 1 fold, MP1 calls, 1 fold, MP3 calls, CO calls, 3 folds.

Flop: (9.50 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
Hero bets, MP1 raises, MP3 calls, CO calls, Hero calls.

I had no idea if MP1 would raise a draw on the flop, this thru me off for the rest of the hand.

Turn: (8.75 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
Hero bets, MP1 raises, MP3 folds, CO calls, Hero calls.

River: (14.75 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero checks, MP1 bets, CO calls, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 17.75 BB
Main Pot: 17.75 BB, between Hero, MP1 and CO.

Hi davelin

I three bet this flop some of the time, but not all. My main opponent is passive. I dont think he would be raising a flush draw right behind me so I decided to stop and go and fold to a turn raise. However I was not smart enough fast enough to figure out that the pot had grown to big by the turn to laydown.

i wouldn't fold anywhere in this hand. you have a lot of outs to two pair.
