Good Free Wargames

I read in PCGamer that a lot of old computer war games are now freeware. Anyone played any good ones? I'm at home on a shitty computer and sick of poker could really use some entertainment.

not a bad idea, yahoo has all the good board games, chess, checkers, backgammon etc.

Free games legally. Search by genre, title, whatever.
