i dont play that high either but a 10-15 buyin downswing over 250 doesn't seem that unreasonable.

i didn't say it was. or anything that could be rationally related to your followup post to mine, in fact.

you asked a question, i gave you my honest answer. then you brush off my answer.

whatever. if you don't want answers don't ask next time.

lol what was your answer? constantly? i was asking more from a i think i should be at about 10% for ROI and through 250 im down like 2k and i never really used to play them before so i was just wondering if this is significant, not an answer with little meaning.

you clearly know the answer to whether or not the sample size is significant, you're just an obnoxious piece of crap. if you don't have any clue about what sample size is significant, i apologize and humbly request your party id so that i can apologize more at the tables with you, for someone too dumb to use the search function for one of the 8 million threads on sample sizes is probably not too great at poker either.

you give us no other information about your play or past results in other levels of sngs, just that you have lost money at the current levels you play. that, as another poster points out, means that you are a losing player at the sngs, by definition. if you want to go and look over all your results and find out how lucky or unlucky you were, that's up to you, as i'm pretty certain no one else is going to do that for you.

i doubt you have any concept at all of what ROI you should or should not be at given your past performance. to repeat myself, the most likely truth in this situation is that you are a losing player, not that you are a winning player who is running bad. it is also particularly unlikely that you are a significant winning player who is just running bad. one day you might be, but right now, you're just a losing player.

hope that clears things up.

edit: wow, he provided his screen name. that's neat.
