Default KK fold on A-high flop

Villains are both new to the table and don't appear in my PT database so I have no reads. Is this a standard fold? Headsup, I'll often raise a weak lead here but, with so many people in, I expect its more likely that the flop bettor has a hand he won't fold (set, AK, AQ, AT, etc.).

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (9 handed) converter

Hero ($205.7)
Button ($269.1)
SB ($198)
BB ($164.7)
UTG ($98)
UTG+1 ($163.8)
MP1 ($48)
MP2 ($38)
MP3 ($200)

Preflop: Hero is CO with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. MP3 posts a blind of $2.
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG+1 calls $2, MP1 calls $2, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP3 (poster) checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $12</font>, Button calls $12, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, BB calls $10, UTG+1 calls $10, MP1 folds, MP3 folds.

Flop: ($53) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets $20</font>, UTG+1 folds, Hero folds, Button calls $20.

Turn: ($93) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets $45</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $237.1 (All-In)</font>, BB folds.

Final Pot: $375.10

Easy fold, hes bet into the field UTG and theres still one guy behind you, I find it hard to believe someone doesn't have an A or is at least beating me here.
