I've only tried it once and didn't like it. I'm sure it's an acquired taste for some people though.

Delicious, but certainly not an everyday thing. Feel the same way about fois gras...Had it seared last night YUM [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I don't eat it at all because I don't like it, but I'm pretty sure that many people eat caviar for this precise reason.

On the other hand, I did have to "acquire" a taste for beer, so I guess there is a chance I could do the same for caviar.
