Has anyone had trouble cashing out from them to NETeller? I withdrew about 5 days ago and haven't received anything. Note: I made sure the wagering requirement were met for the bonus (their info. confirmed this anyway). Their support is terrible - they haven't responded to most of my emails, and the one they did respond to said "NETeller transactions happen instantly," which was not very reassuring.

I know they are a european-based company, but does anyone have any idea on how to contact them via telephone from the US? Any information that anyone can provide for me would be extremely helpful.

Not at all, matter of fact, I played there yesterday and my cashout to Neteller hit within 30 minutes. I was pretty shocked it was so quick.

I didn't do quite as good. I was down to $25 after finishing the WR. I decided to play $1 coins, max coins on 5 hands of Jacks or Better. I got dealt total crap, only held a King, and somehow got 2 Full House's out of it. It was a nice $100 swing [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
