What is a good line with a pair + flush draw when you think your opponent has top pair? I'm about 50% on the flop right?

50% is about right. Your line varies. Do you have position? What was the preflop action? Did Villian lead into you? Stack sizes? Do you have any reads on Villian?

Villian will probably fold to a large raise/reraise. I was OOP at the time, bet .25 into a pot off $1, he raised for $2 and I pushed for $22. Which I think is a terrible line.

If villian has a flush card higher than you, you're about 55/45 I believe. Otherwise you're roughly equal here.
I generally like to get all my money in here on this flop if villian is capable of folding. There are obviously times where this is inappropriate(stack sizes and position are very relevant here obviously) but if I can get all my money in I wouldn't too upset if I'm called... EDIT: There was a really good post highlighting this exact situation yesterday...if I can find it I'll link it. |

I dont think this is a bad line. It's a semi-bluff. You were OOP and got him to lay down a better hand.
