Default A high against tilting LAG

Villain is real laggy preflop, something like 80/35, haven't noticed him do any crazy things postflop. My question is the second hand, but here is the hand that happened directly before it which I think has something to do with it:

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, BB calls.

Flop: (4.50 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets</font>, Hero calls.

Turn: (3.25 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets</font>, Hero calls.

River: (5.25 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets</font>, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 7.25 BB

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
BB has 8d 3d (one pair, threes).
Hero has Qd Jd (one pair, jacks).
Outcome: Hero wins 7.25 BB. </font>

Now I know he does do crazy things postflop. The hand I'm having problems with

Preflop: Hero is MP with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB 3-bets</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Hero calls.

Flop: (7 SB) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero ???</font>

Against complete maniacs I like to cap preflop since I'm going to showdown and I like to get the money in before he has a chance to hit. Not sure this guy is a maniac yet, and by just calling his 3 bet I might incourage him to donk it all the way like he did last hand.

If you bet the flop what's the plan if he checkraises?
And if it goes bet call and he checks the turn are you checking behind and calling a river bet?

Hand 1 raise the flop and call down any further aggression.

Hand 2 Bet, call a check raise, take a free river if he checks the turn, call his bet on the river. This is my line, but i'm not 100% sure its correct.

Against an 80/35 he literally could have anything.

Hand 1 looks fine. No reason to raise a LAG who will bet it all the way for you.

Hand 2, he's making it easy for you. Your goal was to get to showdown right? Easiest way to do that is check this flop through and call down. Same scenario if he bets the flop and checks the turn, I'd check the turn as well intending to call a river bet.
