Default Inspiron 6000

I just got mine brand new and the "mouse" button is sensitive as hell; I'm folding hands without even clicking anything. Has this happened to anyone else? Fortunately Paradise was nice enough to give me a refund on a hand I clearly did not intend to fold after the hand was checked to me on the button. Hopefully the Dell cust. service will be just as cooperative if this keeps up.

You mean the touchpad?

You can go to control panel---> mouse---> touch pad (tab) and either turn off tapping (or adjust the speed)

No prob, took me a few nights of massive multitabling before I got used to it. Enjoy, it's a fun machine.

AA Suited -

Take a look at these:

Logitech

Kensington

These are the company websites, just go to a discount site to find a cheaper price. I use a wireless Logitech (not the 5 button) with a Dell Laptop and haven't had any problems.

If you buy a wireless, stay away from the rechargeable ones that have to sit in a cradle to charge. It is much better to use rechargeable AA batteries and keep a spare set handy.
