JJ alot of action fold?

i had no read on the opponents.
But i feeld i should fold on the turn? Or not cap the flop?
What you guys think?

On the flop I would just call BB's 3-bet as it implies a lot of strenght and I want to see if CO will cap. You overplayed this one IMO. You invested too many bets to fold after the turn.

I might play the flop the same way. If I cap the flop and the BB leads into me I go into call it down mode. And then when the CO raises behind me I release.
