AOL dial up my IP address keeps changing?!?!

why does my IP address keep changing??? Im on AOL dial up for right now. thanks in advance

On dial up it will always change. Even DSL doesn't gaurentee a static IP (though more than likely it won't change).

btw wtf are you doing with AOL? yikes!

I think what he means is that on AOL his IP address changes every time he views a new page unlike most dialup connections that change only after you hang up and dial up again. It is just something annoying AOL does. At least you cant get banned from a website or chat room by IP address.

Most IP bannings are done by subnets anyway.
