Mods for pokerstars, Pokerroom.com???

please tell me someone is working on Mods for pokerstars and especially pokerroom.com Can I get rid of those stupid a$$ chairs at pokerroom.com? Are mods not possible for these sites? Yes I did a search and couldnt find any for pokerstars or room....... thanks in advance

I doubt you could for Poker stars. The software does a CRC check and redownloads itself if it finds a problem.

You can get around this by modifiying the shortcut to run PokerStars.exe instead of PokerStarsUpdate.exe. There are some table image mods out there.

S'truth. However...

1. Please run the PokerStarsUpdate.exe once in a while, because it's possible that we'll make changes that will break whatever version you're running. When you do that, be sure to save away your cool hacked images (and you might even write little .bat files to save and restore those images). We do our updates on Wedesday mornings.

2. We take no responsibility for hacked graphics files. For instance, it's quite possible to swap the 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] image with the Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] image. You will get what you deserve should you do that.

3. If anybody comes up with something that truly r00ls, please send it to me:

pokermanager@pokerstars.com

Maybe I'll tell others about it.

4. You can hack the sound files too. A little creativity there could produce a truly unique online poker experience.
