How to best use PokerTracker for SSNL?

I recently purchased PT and am up to about 9K hands. I was wondering what the best way to go about using the knowledge acquired?

Specifically, is there an overlay program that allows you to see what each player is rated as in my database without having to look each player up specifically in the database?

The GameTime function in PT seems a bit tedious - is there another program out there that allows you to see each player's ratings on top of your normal Party poker screen?

PokerAce and GameTime+ will both do what you want.
