Is there a big difference between the 50NL and the 100NL

I'm thinking about making the jump up to the 100NL soon and was wondering if the dynamic of the game changes a whole lot, I only play 6 max so that is the feedback I'm looking for. Are there as many fish? Is it much harder? Any advice you can give would be great. THX

I don't play 6-max, but rest assured, there are plenty of fish at $100NL.
