Re: AK at a Party 22
Anyone have any thoughts? I haven't been running too well the past couple days so I'm trying to at least control what i can control.

Re: AK at a Party 22
Depending on my mood here I alternate between shoving and just calling and taking a flop. Since this hand is in a vacuum and I have no reads on the villain(s) I imagine I would take a flop. I put this guy on 99-QQ. If you don't hit your Ace or King and he bets, let it go. One or two levels later I just shove preflop.

Re: AK at a Party 22
This action is hard to read. Who's the button? It's leve 3 - Any reads on the villain? In MP2 I'd probably stick a bigger raise out there.
I'm probably pushing if I have half a hint that the villain may be LAG. He could also be trying (and really mis-applying) the "squeeze" - not a big enough raise for that, IHO. IF that's what it is - most certainly push. |

Re: AK at a Party 22
At this point if you push you are most likely betting 935 to win 2520. Unless you know that a scary looking raise from BBoydman is actually scary, I think pushing is best in a $22.
