Party 2/4NL hand after a tempered villian

This hand occurs right after i called his preflop raise w 93s and hit a 93A board and got my stack in. Only reason i called was to get that loose/aggro image at the table to get it started. Is this hand standard against a guy that is this tempered?
Also, should this be in the low-limit boards b4 i get flamed?

One other question: what do you mean by "tempered? You mean he has a temper and is showing it? Or, that you have "tempered" him, i.e., made him harder. Like steel? Please explain.
