Seems fine to me unless UTG has been playing tight-aggressively and raising instead of limping at this level, and if he's not inclined to call all-ins with small pairs.

decent spot, the only problem is UTG has more than double your chips, so I'm thinking he calls with any decent sort of hand which may double you up, but you may but out against a hand like Kx or Qx .... im praying for a fold here
