Default TPGK raised on turn

Prima FL 0.25/0.5, 10-player table (7 this hand)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
1 fold, MP1 calls, 3 folds, Hero raises, BB calls, MP1 calls.

Flop: (6 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, BB calls, MP1 calls

Turn: (4,5 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, BB raises, MP2 folds

BB is LA-A after 30 hands on him. VPIP 30%, PFR 10%, AF 1.6

What shall hero do after being popped here?

He's aggressive after the flop but with what? Would he try a semi-bluff raise with 2nd pair and a one-card flush draw? Am I expecting too much on a .25/.50 table? I'm usually calling down, unless player has been totally straightforward with his betting.

Against a fairly agressive player I am likely calling this down.

If you call the turn:
do you call the river if it's a heart and he bets?

That's a tougher question, and one I'm not sure about. Do you snap off a heartless bluff or a worse ace 1 in 9 times? Hard for me to fold a top-pair hand for one bet on the river heads up. Really hard.

No way. But I bet it. It's called a clarkmiester. You fold to a raise of course.

Ok time to come clean:
I folded.
He showed med K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].

Damn I'm too weak.

I usually fold TP when being popped on the turn when at least 3 players take the flop.
I guess I have to take some of the TPGK hands to the river
here.

I guess the loose aggresive players are the ones to call down here mostly.
And if I have a read of course.

I'm more inclined to call down without a read, and start mucking when I pick up a read.

Same here. Obviously it helps you pick up a read when you see his cards, plus it can make you appear to the rest of the table as some loose-passive fish, and they won't worry about you when you are in the hand, and will also not be afraid to bet at you.

Plus, every once in a great while, I drag a pot.
