Default Right to go all-in?

final three left. i have pocket 10's in small blind and raise 3 times, BB raises double the raise. I re-raised all-in for 4 times that raise. He has QQ and beats me. Should I have done anything different? He was chip leader and i was even in chips with the other player.

uh, the blinds level is the overriding factor in this situation, but you didn't list it.

edit, i tried to do some reverse engineering to figure out how many BB's you had, but you didn't list the size of the big stack.

blinds were 50/100, starting stack was 1500, at start of hand i had 3000, chip leader had 5800.

wow, the field got thinned out quick. in this situation i'd just call in the small blind and hope to hit a set. i think you were the sb and he was bb. anyway, you have 30 bb and don't really have any business putting your tournament life on the line with TT.
