Default I have a history w/ the villian and AKs 4 handed against an = aggr

I played a hand against this villian poorly earlier. I played a huge pot OOP w/ tptk, I lost my stack.

so then i start raising his blinds often. w/ drawing hands, to $8, occasionally he'd repop to $25, some times I'd call, one time I open pushed which led to another hand.

I raise UTG to $8 he raises to $25, i open push for 250, he calls w/ QQ.

now we continue this blind struggle and this comes up, we have been playing short handed (4) for a while, thoughts?

Personally, I don't like the 3-bet pre-flop with AK. You end up putting in over half of your stack in on this hand with just ace high. What do you do if he check-raises that flop. IMO, by 3 betting preflop, the pot got way out of control and I think you got lucky that he missed the flop or folded a medium pair.

your chip spewing and playing out of your skill level it seems...join a 10 handed game instead

I dont think its that outta wack as a play. He has shown a tendency to re-pop, so you hit it back at him with a premium holding. Granted the pot is out of control, but I dont like to just call and lose control of the hand and Im not huge on folding either. On the flop, standard Continuation bet. Interesting.

I think this 3 bet is very dangerous. I can't comment without knowledge of villain's reraise range.

I think you can get a range based purely on frequency of reraise.

but seriously, if you don't have a read on his range, this 3 bet is just spewing.
